It's Not ALL Reality...
For those of you tired of C-list celebrities hawking inkjet cartridges and 'roided-out personal trainers getting shot with tennis balls, I have good news. My friend Anna is a series regular in a new comedy on VH1 called Free Radio.
The show is lightly-scripted and centered around a boob of a disk jockey who lucks his way into hosting the morning show. Anna plays the even-keeled co-host to Lance Krall's clueless man-boy.
I've seen snippets and it's great stuff. Plus, they managed to include a bunch of cool people from TV (like Jack Coleman of Heroes and Angela Kinsey from The Office). They appear as themselves doing interviews with the KBOM crew.
Check out the promo after the jump:
Comment on the promo, rate it, favorite it, and most of all: check out the show Friday, February 8th on VH1. (9:30pm/8:30 CST) It's great, character-driven improv the way I like to see it done, rather than the cheap, games-based stuff we see so often. -Tom, who laughs at the tag on that promo every time.

[My apologies. It's really tricky for me to pass up the proverbial barrel when thar be fishes inside, and the most famous Hollywood actor/Dungeon Master hands me an M-80]
I don't think there are going to be any improv TV shows about Scrabble, however. Although... let me get a pitch together...
That would be comedy gold. Especially if you assign arbitrary points to make it extra funny.
